Just who is 'Joe the Plumber'? It was just a little recorded chat with Obama that made him famous. He was questioning that "if you (Obama) is fighting for the middle class, why would you tax the middle class more? I'm getting ready to buy a company that makes 250 to 280 thousand dollars a year. Your new tax plan's going to tax me more, isn't it?"

Plumbing business is clearly a middle class business. As a plumber that earns 40k a year. Taxing him a penny more is a penny more. It's how funny that John McCain found him useful in attacking Obama's tax plan and such. In a nutshell, after mentioning 'Joe the Plumber' a few times during the final presidential debate. They've made him known!
