16th November, 2007: UK music fever!

Lately I'd been listening/watching music performances by UK bands (Radiohead, Corrs & Jamiroquai). I even ordered a few DvDs by the Corrs. Andrea was so very cool!!! Jamiroquai was always pumping with their funky/jazzy music. I've no idea how Jay Kay in Jamiroquai come up with some many jam vocal ideas. Basically in live, he sings what he feels like with whatever lyrics in the song. I think that's an outstanding element to be a good live singer. He could really get the melodies out of each tune rather than just singing like karaoke. It's great when he's backed up by his wonderful musicians.

I see many UK bands like performing in European countries like Italy and Spain. The fans are just so amazing. They're making everyone feels like it's a carnival more than just a show. I watched Andrea Corr's acoustic performance with just a guitar and bass. Those fans in Spain were so damn excited. Thanks to the person who shoot those videos in Barcelona. Your camera captured everything nicely.
