Hand pump vs foot pump

it's so obviously that hand pump is popular due to its portability and structure. If I tell you that, hand pump is more likely to break and less efficient than foot pump; would you give foot pump a try. Yes, I did! The Weider exercise ball that I bought in Kmart comes with a hand pump. The color of the ball is silver that's why I bought it in the first place. However, I spent almost 50 mins trying to inflat the damn ball with this little hand pump. It turned out to be the rubber pistons for the pole in the cylinder worn terribly. It couldn't pump any air at all. Sadly enough I had to go back to Kmart and exchange for another one. As in another brand actually. I got this Cap Fitness brand, it comes with a not so pleasing blue ball and a small foot pump. Wola~! The foot pump worked like a charm. It took me just 10-15 mins to inflat it fully. This ball is going to last for a while i guess. They're all made in China anyway..I really wanted a shinier color like silver or purple. But this blue ball works fine. Moreover, it's on sale for $8 which is $5 cheaper than the earlier one.

I've done some exercises with it. The situps on the ball are hardcore. Other than that, I've no idea what it can do for me. I tried to sit on it. It's slightly lower than what i expected. I guess it'd be fine if I have a 75cm ball just for sit. I'll have to look for some interesting exercises i can do with it.

It's funny to have a huge balloon rolling in my room now. Picture coming soon
