Easy $100 spending in grocery store

Believe or not, It's very easy to spend money on food in grocery store. You see something you want to try. You'd get it. Last weekend, I spent $70 in food. Last night, I spent another 30+ dollars to get 2 tilapia fillets, a pack of V8, a jar of alfredo sauce, 2 boxes of wheat pasta (buy 1 get 1 free), a can of tuna, a cartoon of silk soy milk and a box of sliced turkey. I don't even stay home for long during the week. I get 5 hrs of time at home daily (mon-fri). I don't even need to cook during the week. On the top of that, I'm not even buying the essential food like rice, veggies, fruits, bread, eggs... Yes, I'm just trying to be normal, eating right is all i ask for. $100 in a week is a little bit out of my budget. I paid off my credit card bill last month. Here comes another, over $800 and pending. It's totally driving me nuts! Imagine If I live by myself in an apartment...I'd can totally kill myself.

I went to bed at 10 ish. I got 4 hrs or less at home. I only remember I've done three things, eat, practice mandolin and listen to celtic music.

My sister is feeling sick. I stepped up and wanted to be her knock-off nutritionist. I recommended her eating only veggies for a month to see how her body reacts. No more meat for her. Not sure if she listened. I said it anyways. Besides veggies, I also urged her to drink milk or soy milk.
