The Equaline drink comes in cans. I prefer the other brand Ensure Plus, those comes in bottles. But whatever I don't expect much..I'm just trying. So I bought this cheaper one since it's on sale. I got some peanuts and oatmeal bars too...I did my homework to prepare for these snacks. Let's see the results the end of this month..
