My favorite pesta pasta with sautee chicken tender

I cooked that a month ago..I'll not make that again coz it's a messy meal. Especially in a place which I"m not living alone, i better get more frozen food instead. So much easier.

My uncle cough and spit a lot. Very nasty whenever he spits. He spits about every 5-10 mins to the drain. :( I don't want to use the sink really..I throw up in my mouth from time to time because of that.
