I went to movie with my coworkers. Actually I invited them to come along as I wanted to see the XFiles myself. We purchased the Dark Knight tickets instead. That would really not help the XFiles' box office. So I'm thinking to see the movie again tomorrow. What a surprise!
The non-iMax version of Dark Knight is quite crappy in terms of sound and size. My sister said it could be a bit blur. I'm so sure about that as the screen is really smaller. The adjusted resolution might compensate the blurriness.
The new XFiles movie was a bit different from what I thought it'd be. There's really not much freaky paranormal stuff going on. It's more about Mulder & Scully's lives. How they want their lives be after all the things happened for almost a decade. It's not that I'm totally disappointed. But I would like to see more closure on the case that they're helping on and may be a better way to tell the story. Fans love supporting characters in the Xfiles. Skinner was a nice addition to the movie. XFiles new comers would have hard time understanding some of the things in the movie, like William (their son), Skinner, etc...
