Nap makes you smarter, healthier, enegetic, focused, alerted...

Are you ready accept the new thinking that a short nap during the midday is very good for you?? I'm not kidding. It's proven in scientific researches over the years. Even astronauts, pilots ought to take a short nap in the flight.

I do take a few short naps during the weekend. I always feel more alerted and focused about waking up an hour or two later.
