iTunes Sound Enhancer?

This is my first time messing with the iTunes preference menu. I saw that 'Sound Enhancer' bar on the Playback tab. I could tell the difference if I adjust it to the extremes. It does act as a SRS like your Windows Media Player. Sounds get a bit layered. Solos from vocals or instruments are processed and became a bit brighter and louder. That produces surround sound effect. You've to be really good to hear the difference. Default was set as medium. It's always great to adjust to your desire level. Like mine here :)
