I was thinking that reduced fat milk/skim milk do not give as much nutrients to our body as the whole milk. While I was reading how much milk i should drink, I found that reduced fat/skim milk can potentially contain more calcium in it than whole milk. Think about the volume of milk fat that is taken out from a bottle and what do you fill it back with? That's right!! More milk. The milk fat that's taken out has nothing to with calcium.
