It was very disappointing spending my whole afternoon fixing sound card. I was planning to email Gateway and see what they can do about it. Later I saw a download section specifically for my purchased PC. There was two sound card drivers there!!! Guess what, that was it. It sets up the PCI port and everything. Thank you Gateway!
